About the Job

We are looking for a Team Lead Bank Relationship who will be responsible for managing and leading a team focused on driving home loan and LAP conversions while building and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.

The role involves overseeing the complete loan processing cycle, ensuring high-quality customer experience, supporting the team in achieving conversion targets, and coordinating with banks for smooth loan processing. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities along with expertise in home loan sales, banking partnerships, and process management.

Major Job Responsibilities

WHAT YOULL OWN

- Lead and manage a team of Bank Relationship Managers
- Be the primary point of contact with partner banks/NBFCs
- Ensure smooth coordination and timely submission of loan applications




- Drive loan approvals by identifying bottlenecks
- Monitor team performance and maintain application quality
- Handle banker escalations and follow-ups
- Conduct team reviews and training sessions
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, TATs, and compliance standards.

MUST-HAVES
