Job Description

As an Early Careers & Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end campus recruitment lifecycle, from campus outreach and engagement to offer management and onboarding.

Leveraging your relationship-building and process management skills, you will collaborate with educational institutions, hiring managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive successful campus hiring initiatives and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Early Careers & Campus recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
- Drive campus outreach programs, recruitment events, hiring drives, and engagement activities.
- Manage requisition creation, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate online assessments, video interviews, and candidate communications.
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), referral trackers, recruitment reports, and process documentation.
- Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers, campus teams, universities, and external vendors.
- Ensure timely resolution of candidate and stakeholder queries.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review recruitment processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, risks, and process gaps.
- Support invoicing, PO creation, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Coach and support junior team members through knowledge sharing and best practices.

Skills & Experience Required

- 4 to 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a robust focus on Campus Hiring / Early Careers Recruitment.
- Mandatory experience within a Global Banking organization.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end campus hiring programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience in reporting, recruitment operations, and process management.
- Comfortable travelling for campus recruitment drives and engagement activities.
