The Marketing Manager Offline Marketing will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all ATL and BTL marketing initiatives across assigned schools and preschool centers. The role involves vendor management, campaign planning, budgeting, coordination with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution of branding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with schools, preschool centers, and regional teams for marketing requirements.
- Manage branding activities including:
- Hoardings
- Pole kiosks
- Bus shelters
- Newspaper advertisements
- Radio campaigns
- Pamphlets
- Flyers
- Standees
- Outdoor branding
- Coordinate with creative agencies for artwork requirements.
- Liaise with printing vendors and media agencies.
- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and negotiate commercial terms.
- Prepare comparative statements and obtain management approvals.
- Ensure timely release of Purchase Orders and vendor payments.
- Monitor campaign execution and quality across locations.
- Conduct periodic market visits and branding audits.
- Track campaign effectiveness and submit performance reports.
- Manage annual offline marketing budgets.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing collateral.
- Coordinate franchise marketing support activities whenever required.
