Providing Post contract cost management scope of services.
Ability to deliver the agreed scope and refer major changes in scope to the line manager.
Taking personal responsibility for making cost checks and carrying out valuations on projects.
Ensures timely and accurate reporting and quality deliverables are issued to clients
Producing monthly cost reports and presenting them to the client Negotiating and agreeing final accounts
Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages Leading a cost management team, ensuring they deliver on all the above accountabilities
