Urgent openings for Data Reporting & MIS Position- 5 Days working- Chandivali Location

Designation: Associate Technical Support

Process: Cibil related

Shift Timing: Boys: 8 AM-11PM (Any 10hrs) Looking for rotational night shift

5 days working & 2 rotational week-offs

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the BFSI industry

Skills Required:

Robust verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

Good typing speed with accuracy

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to manage queries and resolve issues effectively related to MIS, experience in SQL & Python

Roles & Responsibilities:

Candidate should be aware about advanced Excel, MIS formulas, SQL & Python, Linux

Actively respond to client needs, concerns, and feedback appropriately

Accurately document client interactions and update records in the system. Managing the Power point presentation slides.

Salary:

up to 29k in hand
