We are looking for a Legal & Secretarial professional with strong experience in corporate legal matters, contract management, statutory compliance, and secretarial activities. The ideal candidate should have exposure to regulated industries, preferably Pharma/Chemical, and should be capable of independently managing legal documentation and corporate compliance activities.
- 6-12 years of relevant experience in Legal & Secretarial function
- Experience in Pharma / Chemical / Manufacturing industry preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Legal:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various commercial agreements including:
- NDA
- Vendor Agreements
- Service Agreements
- Consultancy Agreements
- Master Service Agreements
- Employment-related agreements
- Identify contractual risks and provide legal recommendations.
- Manage contract lifecycle including documentation, tracking, and compliance.
- Conduct legal research on regulatory updates and ensure implementation.
- Review and improve contractual clauses for risk mitigation.
- Support legal process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Prepare legal MIS, dashboards, and compliance reports for management.
Secretarial:
- Support ROC filings, statutory e-forms, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and secretarial auditors.
- Assist in preparation of:
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and corporate governance requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills
- Valuable knowledge of corporate laws and secretarial compliance
- Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders
- Experience handling legal & compliance activities in a listed company / large corporate environment will be preferred
