SAP OTC Solution Architect & Managed Services Lead experienced SAP SD / OTC Solution Architect to lead global Managed Services engagements within Application Evolution Services (AES). The role focuses on delivering end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions in SAP S/4HANA, combining functional expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management.
The candidate will be responsible for configuring and supporting core SD functionalities including Order Management, Delivery Processing, Billing, Pricing, Rebates, Credit Management, and Settlement Management. Solid knowledge of business processes such as MTO, MTS, Third-Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Consignment, Billing Plans, and Shipment is essential.
As a Manager, you will lead large OTC workstreams, manage SLA-driven support operations, and oversee incident, change, and problem management within ITSM frameworks. The role requires hands-on expertise in advanced S/4HANA capabilities such as Business Partner,



Advanced ATP (AATP), Condition Contract Management (CCM), BRF+ Output Management, and modern pricing techniques.
Key responsibilities include leading workshops, translating business requirements into functional specifications, performing impact analysis, guiding cross-functional teams, and providing regular status reporting to client stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment.
Preferred qualifications include SAP SD certification, exposure to integration with FI/CO, MM, TM, and knowledge of interfaces such as IDOC/EDI. Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Solution Manager, Jira, HP ALM, and LSMW is a plus.
This role requires flexibility for 2nd shift operations and strong communication and leadership skills to drive successful client outcomes.
