It requires good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective operations support is essential for maintaining consistent and reliable business processes.The business processes, operations and interactions of third party administrators of prescription drug programs,



understanding of the processes used to manage programs for payers, process and pay prescription drug claims, develop and maintain the formulary, contract with pharmacies and negotiate discounts and rebates with drug manufacturers.
