- Own the product side end to end from weaver to shelf working closely with the founders
- Identify, vet and onboard weavers and craft clusters; run KYC, PAN and agreement paperwork
- Manage day-to-day weaver relations and communication orders, timelines, payment follow-through, relationship health
- Curate the range and plan drops assortment depth, what to buy and in what quantity
- Own merchandising — pricing inputs, product data, provenance and craft write-ups, catalogue completeness
- Manage inventory — stock planning, reorder decisions, aging and dead-stock monitoring
- Set and check incoming quality standards before product goes live
Preferred candidate profile
- 3–6 years in textile, handloom or fashion sourcing, merchandising or curation
- NIFT / textile-design background strongly preferred
- Understands weaves, quality and craft,
and can build genuine trust with artisans
- Organised enough to run inventory and vendor paperwork cleanly
- Willing to travel to weaver clusters (Kutch, Patan and beyond)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
- Bonus: existing weaver/cluster relationships, handloom sourcing experience, comfort with catalogue systems and Excel
