Job Title: Purchasing Analyst SAP & Transport Management (OTM Preferred)

About the Role

We are hiring Purchasing Analysts to support global procurement operations. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in tactical sourcing, procurement operations, and transport management systems.

If you have strong SAP procurement experience and exposure to Transport Management tools (OTM preferred), this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute tactical sourcing and purchasing activities
- Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) & Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP
- Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation, delivery tracking, and issue resolution
- Work closely with internal stakeholders for procurement requirements




- Use Transport Management tools for shipment planning and coordination
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards
- Support reporting and data accuracy in procurement systems

Mandatory Skills

- 3 - 6 years of core procurement / purchasing experience
- Solid working knowledge of SAP (MM / Procurement modules)
- Experience in Transport Management systems
- Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) preferred

- Hands-on experience in tactical sourcing (not just coordination or support roles)
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
