This includes pre-travel booking help, terminal navigation, baggage handling, and special assistance for passengers with disabilities, medical conditions, or those traveling alone.

Key Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Airport Operations.
- Experience in handling Ancillary Services, EMD, and Mishandled Baggage (MHB).
- Worked in areas covering reservation and DCS and Reservation areas on Amadeus.
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide operational support to airport check-in staff for Check-in, Boarding, and Seating related issues.
- Act as a Codeshare Helpdesk and resolve passenger servicing issues across partner airlines.




- Handle Ancillary Service Requests including seating, baggage, and upgrades using EMD Processing.
- Assist airport booking offices with Reservations on own airline and Interline Ticket Documents.
- Manage and troubleshoot Reservation and Ticketing related queries using Amadeus GDS.
- Log incidents and coordinate Escalations with Amadeus through Service Hub until closure.
- Support airport staff in handling Mishandled Baggage (MHB) cases and WorldTracer activities.
- Provide PNR History and check-in history to airport teams and regulatory agencies as required.
- Address DCS, customer management, reservation, and ticketing related operational queries.
- Ensure timely resolution of airport network and aircraft-related operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth Passenger Operations.
- Deliver round-the-clock Operational Support to airport and airline networks.
