Profile: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) - Kotak Bank

Eligibility:

- Graduate Required
- Age: 20 - 31 years
- Banking or sales experience required (freshers not eligible)
- Good English communication skills
- Strong basic mathematical skills
- BPO calling experience is preferred
- No employment gap longer than 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Promote Kotak 811 accounts and banking/insurance products
- Explain product features and digital banking services
- Generate leads and acquire current customers
- Meet sales targets
- Maintain customer records and follow up with prospects

Salary & Benefits:

- Up to 4.5 LPA CTC (based on interview performance)
- Monthly incentives up to 35,000

Working Hours:

- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (fixed shift)
- 6 weekly offs per month (4 Sundays + 2 Saturdays)
