Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

- Process monthly payroll for all employees across locations in a timely and accurate manner.

- Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.

- Ensure accurate computation of salaries, taxes, statutory deductions, full & final settlements, and separation payouts.

- Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless payroll processing.

- Generate payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliation statements for management review.

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and Income Tax.

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory filings and reconciliations.

- Coordinate audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.

- Stay updated on changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Compensation & Benefits Administration

- Support annual compensation review cycles, salary revisions, and bonus processing.

- Administer employee advantages programs including insurance, gratuity, and other welfare schemes.

- Coordinate with insurance providers for employee enrollment, claims, additions, and deletions.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee master data and ensure accuracy within HRMS.

- Manage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and separations.





- Support HR audits and documentation requirements.

- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and analytics related to payroll and employee data.

Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management

- Identify opportunities to improve payroll accuracy, efficiency, and automation.

- Address employee payroll-related queries and grievances.

- Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, and external vendors for smooth HR operations.

- Ensure adherence to internal controls and data confidentiality standards.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate, Preferred MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.

- 4-8 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits.

- Experience handling payroll for multi-location manufacturing organizations preferred.

- Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll regulations, and statutory compliance.

- Experience with HRMS platforms (Darwinbox/SAP/SuccessFactors or similar) preferred.

Required Skills

- Payroll processing and reconciliation.

- Statutory compliance management.

- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query preferred).

- HR analytics and MIS reporting.
