Roles & Responsibilities:

Certification: SAP SF Employee Central certified.

Implementation Experience: Minimum of 2 full-cycle Employee Central implementations, from planning and configuration to go-live.

Testing & Cutover: Proficient in preparing and executing test scenarios, test scripts, and cutover activities.

Core Configuration: Hands-on experience with:

MDF and Foundation Objects

Business Rules and Workflows

Data Models and Picklists

Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

Instance Synchronization

Release Management and Translations

Client Engagement: Ability to provide functional expertise and manage client relationships effectively within the scope of the role.

Module Expertise: Solid background in configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
