About the Role:-

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for customer-centric and enthusiastic professionals to join our Contact Centre Unit (CCU) as Customer Service Executives Mutual Fund. In this role, you will handle inbound customer interactions through calls, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate assistance on Mutual Fund products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle inbound customer calls related to Mutual Fund products and services.
- Respond to customer queries via email and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist customers with Mutual Fund transactions, SIPs, redemptions, NAV-related queries, account servicing, and other investment-related requests.
- Resolve customer concerns within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant banking and investment products, where applicable.

Eligibility Criteria:-

- Education: Graduation mandatory (Any Discipline).




- Experience: Relevant customer service experience preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Age: 20 to 30 years.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Gap Criteria: No education or employment gap exceeding 6 months.

Compensation:-

- CTC: Up to 4.50 LPA for experienced candidates (based on interview performance).

Work Schedule:-

- Rotational day shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Shift duration: 9 hours (including breaks).
- 8 rotational weekly offs per month.
- Candidates should be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.
