Hiring | Deputy Contracts Manager | India

We are hiring for an experienced Contracts Management for one of the reputed Developer company, one of India's leading real estate developers.

Location: Mumbai

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 04 - 10+ years of experience in Contracts Management within the Real Estate/Construction industry.
- Proven experience in High-Rise Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, or Township Projects.
- Robust expertise in Tendering, Contract Administration, BOQ, Rate Analysis, Variations, Claims, Cost Control, and Vendor Management.
- Sound knowledge of FIDIC/Contract Conditions, commercial management, and contractual correspondence.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
