We're hiring for a leading chemical manufacturing company. They're looking to onboard a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for the organization, with a strong focus on sourcing manufacturing talent across functions.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and Boolean search techniques
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system / recruitment tracker
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit (skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period)
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and panel members




- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through to joining
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness)
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical/recurring roles

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree (HR specialization preferred)
- 1 - 4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (from consultancy - manufacturing background)
- Robust sourcing skills Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple mandates/requisitions simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
