Role & responsibilities

- Support the CIO Office in managing strategic IT and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive project planning, tracking, governance, reporting, and executive communication across multiple programs.
- Establish and maintain project management standards, templates, RAID logs, and governance processes.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and leadership teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and budget utilization.
- Prepare leadership dashboards, Steering Committee updates, and project status reports.
- Facilitate governance meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Support portfolio-level reporting and resource planning across multiple IT initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and organizational governance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.

Work Experience Required

- 2+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects and/or enterprise IT implementation projects in a PMO or Project Management capacity.
- Managed at least one end-to-end implementation project (ERP, SAP, Digital Transformation, Infrastructure, Application Modernization, or similar) as Project Manager or PMO Lead.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and stakeholder-intensive environments.
- Understanding of project governance, risk management, change management, and program reporting.
