(explaining the product, filling out the form, valuing it, sealing the packet, sending approvals, resolving queries, sending forms to NPC, resolving discrepancies, renewals, etc.) Customer service pre- and post-sales. Support collection RMs in resolving bucket and POT NPA cases. Achieving goal sheet numbers as per KPIs.
