Job Title: Accounts Manager

Location: Khar West
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
Office Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, audit management, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess solid accounting and taxation knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to drive financial controls and automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Analyze expense trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and control.
- Conduct budget vs. actual variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Review ageing reports of customers and vendors to strengthen working capital management.
- Perform detailed scrutiny of General Ledger accounts for expenses and income to ensure accurate accounting.
- Monitor and review key asset and liability accounts on a regular basis.
- Maintain and manage the Fixed Assets Register.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal,



tax auditors and ensure timely closure of audits.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act requirements, and applicable Accounting Standards.
- Handle tax assessments, audits, notices, and show-cause notices (SCNs) issued by regulatory authorities.
- Review inventory management processes and highlight operational or financial risks.
- Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects, process standardization, and internal controls to minimize compliance risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

- CA: 5 - 6 years of experience including Articleship
- MBA (Finance) / Inter CA: 7 - 8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
