Key Skills:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in Fare audit project - Refunds, Reissue and Prime Sale audit with knowledge of Airline policies
- Experience in Airline Refunds Application or Claims processing.
- Experience of working on multiple GDS System including Amadeus
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Process airline fare audit activities including Refunds, Reissue, and Prime Sale Audit as per airline policies.
- Analyze and validate Agency Debit Memo (ADM)



and Claims Processing transactions.
- Interpret airline Fare Rules, tariff conditions, and ticketing regulations accurately.
- Perform Fare Calculation, Fare Construction, and verify Fare Strings for ticket audits.
- Review and analyze Passenger Name Records (PNR) for ticketing and refund verification.
- Handle refund applications and Claims Processing using airline refund systems and GDS platforms.
- Work on multiple GDS Systems including Amadeus for ticketing, refunds, and fare validation activities.
- Ensure accuracy in airline Refund Calculations, reissues, and audit documentation.
- Maintain audit records, prepare reports using MS Excel, and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, and travel agencies for fare-related queries and issue resolution.
- Follow airline policies, SOPs, and quality standards while processing transactions
