Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) , IFRS & US GAAP conversion , IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Lead or support financial reporting assignments under IND AS, IFRS, and Indian GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and disclosures.
- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex accounting matters.
- Support accounting policy documentation, implementation, and review.
- Work with stakeholders across finance, audit,



risk, compliance, and business teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Assist in transition, convergence, or implementation projects related to IND AS / IFRS.
- Evaluate the accounting impact of new business transactions, products, or regulatory changes.
- Prepare technical memos, accounting position papers, and management presentations.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for timely closure of reporting matters
- Solid working knowledge of IND AS, IFRS, and Indian GAAP.
- Prior experience in the financial services sector is required.
- Experience in insurance accounting/reporting will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of financial statement preparation, consolidation, and disclosures.
- Ability to interpret accounting standards and apply them to business transactions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage timelines.
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, asset management companies, or other financial services institutions.
- Exposure to regulatory reporting and audit coordination will be preferred.
