Title: Performance Architect

Experience: 12+ Years (5+ Years in Banking preferred)

Location: Navi Mumbai (local candidates only)

About the Role:

Drive enterprise performance optimization across applications and infrastructure.

Key Skills: Performance Tuning, Monitoring, Scalability
Preferred Certifications: Performance Testing, ISTQB

Key Responsibilities:

- Define performance architecture standards and best practices
- Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks
- Tune applications, databases, servers, and cloud environments
- Develop performance testing frameworks and monitoring dashboards
- Participate in architecture reviews and critical incident RCA

Significant:

- Only candidates currently based in Navi Mumbai will be considered no relocation.
- Must be an immediate joiner or already resigned with 15 days notice remaining.
