Role & responsibilities

- Identify and onboard strategic partners such as fintech companies, payment providers, blockchain projects, institutional investors, and crypto communities.
- Acquire high-value retail and institutional customers for Compan's trading platform.
- Develop partnerships with affiliates, influencers (KOLs), and referral networks to increase user acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, webinars, and promotional events.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to identify current business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage partner relationships.
- Work closely with product and compliance teams to ensure partnerships align with regulatory requirements.
- Track sales pipeline, revenue, and partner performance using CRM tools. These responsibilities closely mirror BD roles across crypto exchanges.

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced in working as BD in Equity Brokerages/Crypto Exchanges handling affiliate

partner like Franchisees, Sub-brokers, Authorised partners or Remisers.
