PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.) Do 5-6 client meetings each working day (approximately 100 - 125 meetings a month.

2.) Thorough knowledge needed of the following

a) Full understanding of the Financial Data Document and the fitment of equity & debt mutual funds in helping achieve the clients return objective.

b) MF selection methodologies (Equity & Debt) and MF model portfolio.

c) Creation and delivery of O1-O2 formats as per the GAP Sheet.

d) All notes released periodically from the MF research desk.

3.) Homework and client understanding needed for the meetings

a) GAP sheet of the client to be well understood and in turn preparing 01-02s to fill the GAPs.

b) Past experience of the client in AR MFs, alpha generated, need for realignment if any.

c) Any notes released by the MF research desk that are yet to be presented.

4,) Conviction transmission to RM, & identifying their training needs on MFs

a)



Identifying RMs with low conviction/ low capability to transmit conviction on mutual fund selection or gap sheet alignment.

b) Conduct trainings along with the MF research team to improve conviction and knowledge transfer.

5.) Improvement of trail efficiency on EMF (till 1.11% p.a.) for their respective location.

a) Tracking and taking responsibility for taking the EMF trail to 1.11% p.a. for the location assigned.
