Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, performance management, training & development, compensation & perks administration.

- Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational growth and success.

- Design and maintain a comprehensive Performance Management System (PMS) to measure employee performance against key competencies and goals.

- Collaborate with senior leadership team members to develop talent management plans for critical positions through succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations,



industry standards by implementing best practices in manpower budgeting, competency mapping & skill matrix.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in corporate HR or related field with expertise in Business HR/Strategic HR/Human Capital Management.

- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.

- Proven track record of developing successful HR strategies that drive business outcomes; ability to think strategically about workforce planning & talent development.
