- Lead end-to-end project management for IT and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and success metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
