- Design end-to-end UX for large-scale web and mobile banking applications
- Translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Build, own, and scale a Bank-wide Design System
- Ensure UX consistency across products and teams
- Collaborate with Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Compliance
- Conduct usability testing, UX reviews, and design sign-offs
Must-Have Skills
- 37 years of UX/Product Design experience
- Strong experience in enterprise or BFSI applications
- Hands-on experience with Design Systems
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and UX documentation
- Strong understanding of accessibility and usability standards
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks and design-to-code workflows
