Job description:

What you will do:

- 60% client servicing and 40% business development via emails & webchats
- Confident of communicating with international clients.
- Negotiation Skills, Planning and Time management skills are a must.
- Proficiency in MS office to prepare and maintain basic reports. Keen eye for details and positive memory with respect to clients and reporting numbers.

Requirements

- Candidate should have 0-6 month experience from customer service or sales industry
- Graduate from any stream (BCom, BBA, BMS- Marketing).
- Should be proactive with a go-getter attitude with a technical bent of mind.
- Excellent inter-personal/communication/analytical [written and verbal].
