Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organised, technology-savvy and analytical professional to join us as a Business Operations Executive Capital Markets & Software Divisions.
The selected candidate will work directly with the Managing Director and will primarily support the day-to-day operational activities of the Capital Markets Division, including Equity & Derivatives trading operations, trading information management and AI-assisted operational workflows.
Approximately 65 - 70% of the role will focus on Capital Markets Operations, while the remaining responsibilities will involve coordinating selected operational activities of the Software Division.
This is an operational role rather than a research or trading role. Independent market research, trading strategy formulation and investment decisions are handled separately by the Capital Markets Analyst under the guidance of the Managing Director.
The role is technology-driven and requires a professional who enjoys learning new software applications, improving business processes and working in a dynamic workplace where software engineering and capital markets intersect.

Key Responsibilities
A. Capital Markets Operations (Primary Responsibility)
The selected candidate will:
- Operate the company's Trading Operations & Information Management Software during daily trading activities.
- Monitor the operational readiness of authorised trading platforms before market opening and promptly report any operational issues to ensure uninterrupted trading activities.
- Maintain accurate digital records of trading activities and operational processes.
- Coordinate authorised fund transfers between designated bank accounts and authorised broker trading accounts as instructed by the Managing Director.
- Monitor trading balances, available margins and operational status across authorised broker platforms.
- Verify executed trades using broker contract notes and broker back-office statements.
- Generate operational reports, management reports and trading performance reports using the company's software systems.
- Provide system-generated reports to AI systems (such as ChatGPT or equivalent)
to support structured post-market trade analysis and documentation.
- Maintain trading journals, historical records and operational documentation.
- Assist in testing new features of the company's AI-assisted Stock & Options Trading Platform.
- Report software issues, workflow bottlenecks and suggestions for operational improvements.
- Work closely with the Capital Markets Analyst to ensure smooth coordination between trading operations and post-market analytical activities.
B. Software Division Operations (Secondary Responsibility)
The selected candidate will also:
- Coordinate software project schedules and implementation activities.
- Follow up with software developers, QA engineers and project coordinators.
- Coordinate with customers regarding project timelines, documentation and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting records and action trackers.
- Prepare operational summaries, presentations and business correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings and support customer communication through email and telephone.
- Suggest improvements to operational workflows and business processes.
C. Executive Coordination & Business Support
The selected candidate will:
- Assist the Managing Director in coordinating strategic and operational activities across both the Capital Markets and Software Divisions.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, customer interactions and business communications whenever required.
- Track action items, project milestones and operational priorities, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with the Capital Markets Analyst to ensure that operational reports, trading records and AI-assisted post-market analyses are completed accurately and made available to the Managing Director in a timely manner.
- Prepare meeting notes, operational summaries, management reports and presentations.
- Use AI productivity tools to improve documentation, research and business workflows.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling business, financial and trading-related information.
- Accompany the Managing Director on official travel whenever required.
- Perform additional operational and executive coordination responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Experience
Preferred Experience: 1 to 5 years
Candidates having experience in one or more of the following areas will be preferred:
- Capital Markets Operations
- Stock Broking
- Trading Operations
- Financial Services

- FinTech

- Project Coordination
Candidates having practical exposure to the Indian Equity or Derivatives markets, either through professional experience or active personal investing/trading, will have a distinct advantage.
However, exceptionally bright, technology-savvy fresh graduates with strong analytical abilities and with genuine interest in Capital Markets, Finance, Enterprise Software or Artificial Intelligence are also encouraged to apply.
Appropriate mentoring and practical training will be provided during the initial months.
Skills Required

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Exposure to ERP software, trading platforms or Capital Markets software will be an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and financial information.

After market closure, greater emphasis will be placed on trade verification, operational reporting, AI-assisted post-market analysis, software coordination and business process improvement.
