A leading private sector bank is hiring a Territory Business Manager for its Working Capital vertical, managing a team of Relationship Managers.

Key responsibilities:

- Understand client business and provide appropriate working capital solutions across fund and non-fund based products including cash credit, demand loan, bank guarantee, letter of credit and import / export limits
- Work closely with branch banking teams for current customer addition and ensure closure of cases where the RM is facing difficulty
- Penetrate the client with current account, term deposits, transaction banking and trade finance for both the primary relationship and group companies, and drive the team to do the same
- Build relationships with key persons including CFOs and promoters in the target segments




- Continually increase book size and profitability of the assigned portfolio through penetration into key hubs and the focused market of that location
- Understand client business models, trade related activities and cash flows; identify opportunities and grow client relationships
- Stay alert to competitive elements in the target segments
- Maintain high calibre client service and improve efficiency through continuous process improvement
- Manage a team of Relationship Managers, achieving both the team target and a personal number

Reports to: Area Business Manager. Will have a team of Relationship Managers reporting in.
