Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for Retail Lending applications.
- Monitor application health, batch jobs, interfaces, and system performance.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Support loan origination, loan servicing, collections, and related lending applications.
- Execute deployment activities and validate production releases.
- Monitor logs, alerts, and application dashboards.
- Handle service requests, user queries, and production change activities.
- Participate in weekend deployments and on-call support as required.
- Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance activities related to applications.
