Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to expand Innofitts market presence through channel partners across metro cities and emerging regions

The role focuses on channel development, business growth, product presentations, dealer and distributor management, and achieving sales targets

- Drive sales and business development for Innofitt products through channel partners across metro cities

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical briefings for channel partners and prospective customers

- Identify, appoint, and develop new channel partners in untapped and emerging markets

- Expand market reach by establishing a strong distribution network in unexplored regions

- Generate revenue and ensure healthy business growth while maintaining effective cash flow management and collection cycles

- Plan, execute, and monitor sales promotion and brand-building activities to increase market penetration

- Build and strengthen relationships with L2 clients, sub-dealers, and key stakeholders to drive product adoption and sales

- Regularly visit channel partners, dealers, and end customers to support business development initiatives

- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall organizational growth

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 4-5 years of experience in Interior Solutions, Building Materials, or related industries

- Robust experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, and Dealer/Distributor Management

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused

- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Willing to travel extensively across assigned territories
