Key Responsibilities
• Own CRM and Ozonetel operations. (preferred ZOHO CRM & OZONETEL)
• Manage workflows, modules, permissions, and integrations within the CRM.
• Improve customer journeys and automate business processes.
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and revenue insights.
• Lead API integrations, WhatsApp, email, and third-party systems.
• Recommend new features and technology enhancements.
• Train trainer & user and define SOPs.
Required Skills
• 4–5+ years in CRM/Product Management.
• Robust ZOHO CRM and Ozonetel expertise.
• API integration and workflow automation knowledge.
• Excellent business analysis and leadership skills.
