Job Profile (Key Responsibilities)

1. Candidate will be responsible for leading and managing enterprise IT infrastructure across manufacturing plants, R&D; centers, and corporate offices.
2. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of ERP, manufacturing, laboratory, and other business-critical IT systems.
3. Candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives, cloud adoption (Azure/AWS/Microsoft 365), and IT infrastructure modernization.
4. Candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing information security, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP) frameworks.
5. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements including GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 27001, and IT audit standards.
6. Candidate will be responsible for managing IT operations, service delivery, incident management, and end-user support across multiple manufacturing locations.
7. Candidate will be responsible for managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, technology partners, OEMs, and infrastructure cost optimization.
8. Candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Manufacturing, QA, R&D;,



and business teams to deliver technology solutions that support business objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. BE/B.Tech (IT/Computer Science), MCA, or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 1520 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing industry.
2. He should have robust experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Centers, Networks, Servers, Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS), Microsoft 365, and Virtualization technologies.
3. He should have hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, ISO 27001, GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
4. He should have experience managing ERP infrastructure (SAP or equivalent), manufacturing IT systems, and multi-site IT operations.
5. He should possess strong leadership, vendor management, project management, and stakeholder manage

7. He should have excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
