Job Title: Deputy Manager HR Recruitment

Job Description

- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple business functions.
- Handle and mentor a team of at least 2 recruiters, ensuring timely closures and productivity.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and drive hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and networking.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare MIS reports, and ensure adherence to TATs.
- Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

- 6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/HR Recruitment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team of at least 2 recruiters.
- Strong experience in bulk and lateral hiring across functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- MBA/MSW in HR or equivalent preferred.
