We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator with 2 4 years of experience to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between cross-functional teams, track progress, manage documentation, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

You will work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate activities between development, QA, and business teams
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Conduct and document meeting minutes (MoM)
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure proper communication between internal teams and clients
- Support sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
- Prepare project performance reports for management
- Ensure quality standards and project scope adherence

Required Skills Qualifications Project Management:
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, or similar)

Communication Coordination:




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams

Documentation Reporting:
- Experience creating project documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Strong reporting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic technical understanding of web/mobile development
- Familiarity with React Native, Node.js, or software development environments
- Experience in risk management and project budgeting
- Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master preferred but not mandatory)
