Conduct regular partner reviews (monthly/quarterly).

- Sales & Revenue Achievement

Drive primary and secondary sales through channel partners.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Push key focus products and improve product mix.

Monitor partner stock levels and ensure healthy inventory movement.

- Market Expansion

Expand presence in Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities.

Identify new business opportunities in government, SMB, and corporate segments.

Track competitor activities and implement counter-strategies.

- Partner Enablement





Conduct product training, sales training, and joint customer visits.

Support partners in closing key deals.

Ensure partners are aligned with company strategies and promotions.

- Business Planning & Execution

Prepare and execute territory business plans.

Forecast sales and maintain pipeline visibility.

Drive marketing activities with partners (events, campaigns, demos).

- Collections & Compliance

Ensure timely payment collections from partners.

Monitor credit limits and financial discipline.

Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
