Roles and Responsibilities:
- - Execute day-to-day Supply Planning and Network Operations activities for the assigned Area/Category/Plant-SKU network, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service and performance metrics.
- Maintain planning parameters, master data accuracy, and system discipline to ensure reliable supply planning outputs.
- Monitor inventory levels, supply signals, capacity constraints,



and material availability; identify risks and exceptions and take corrective actions or escalate as required.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support on time supply execution and issue resolution.
- Perform replenishment, deployment, material planning, and planned order execution in alignment with established planning processes and leadership guidance.
- Utilize APS platforms, ERP systems, and digital planning tools to execute tasks efficiently and enhance visibility of supply performance.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps, contributing ideas for simplification, and assisting in strengthening execution reliability.
- Generate accurate operational reports, dashboards, and planning insights to support informed decision-making by team leaders and managers.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, adherence to standard operating procedures, and compliance with planning and master data governance requirements.
- Support business continuity with backup processes and alignment with leads, updated work procedures, and consistent operational discipline.
- Participate in team knowledge-sharing, skill-building, and capability-enhancement activities as part of ongoing career development.
