We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back-End Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating order processing, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit customer quotations based on inquiries received from the sales team and customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and OEMs to obtain pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Process customer purchase orders and ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer communications.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, pending orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless order processing.
- Prepare sales reports, quotation registers, order status reports, and MIS for management.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and update CRM/ERP systems regularly.
- Support the Business Development and Sales team in achieving sales targets through efficient back-office operations.
- Handle customer documentation, product specifications, and commercial correspondence.
- Assist in preparing tenders, proposals, and technical documentation whenever required.




- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper filing of sales documents and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, inside sales, or commercial operations.
- Experience in industrial products, bearings, machine tools, engineering products, or MRO supplies will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Tally, ERP systems, or similar software will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of industrial products and B2B sales processes.
- Experience in preparing quotations and handling customer inquiries.
- Understanding of procurement and order management processes.
- Robust follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate MIS reports and sales documentation.
