Job Requirements :
- 3-16 years of experience in facility management or hospitality industry with a focus on housekeeping.
- Robust understanding of housekeeping management principles, including cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and infection control.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective training programs for staff.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
