Position: Telecaller Health Insurance

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary

Experienced Candidates: 16,000 28,000 (Net Salary) + Attractive Incentives

Eligibility

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance Sales/Health Insurance Telecalling is mandatory.

Education: HSC Passed / Graduate (SSC-only candidates are not eligible)

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Health Insurance products.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.

* Explain policy features, advantages, coverage, and premium details clearly.

* Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

* Maintain accurate call records, customer details, and follow-up updates in the CRM.





* Resolve customer queries professionally and provide appropriate guidance.

* Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

## Required Skills

* **Mandatory experience in Health Insurance Sales/Telecalling.**

* Excellent communication skills in **Hindi and English**.

* Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.

* Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

* Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.

Preferred candidate profile

* Candidates with experience in **Health Insurance**, Mediclaim, or Health Policy Sales.

* Experience in telesales, insurance broking, or health insurance processes will be preferred.

* Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of meeting sales targets.
