Experience in using rapid development tools (e.g. Articulate Studio, Storyline, Captivate, Storyboard and Camtasia) and working with learning platforms such as LMSs (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), SuccessFactors, SumTotal) and LXPs (e.g., Degreed, Edcast, Fuse Universal, Percipio, Area9) is an additional advantage.

Extensive experience in developing, reviewing and delivering different training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs), Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides.
