As the Talent Acquisition Lead for Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) across IMEA (India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Middle East, and Africa), you will play a critical role in enabling business growth through strategic workforce planning and best-in-class hiring delivery.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Attraction Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategy, ensuring timely hiring delivery, building future-ready talent pipelines, and driving excellence in stakeholder experience across the region.

Who We Are Looking For

- Proven experience in leading Talent Acquisition teams in a complex, multi-country environment
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with strong focus on metrics, insights, and reporting
- Experience in workforce planning, proactive pipelining, and high-volume hiring




- Structured approach with strong focus on process governance and standardisation
- Agile, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a rapid-paced, matrixed, and global environment

Domain Expertise Mobility Requirements

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience within the Contract Logistics domain
- Proven experience hiring for warehouse, distribution, and site leadership roles
- Willingness to travel frequently to warehouses and operational sites across IMEA
- Comfortable operating from warehouse locations when required
- Practical understanding of on-ground operational challenges

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within IMEA markets (India, Middle East, Africa)
- Exposure to large-scale hiring programs
- Familiarity with TA tools, systems, and digital hiring solutions
