Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support McAfee NIPS/NTBA/ATD solutions in a 24 7 workplace.
- Configure, implement, and maintain network security policies and device configurations.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve security incidents, alerts, and performance issues.
- Perform packet capture and traffic analysis using tools such as Wireshark.
- Integrate security solutions with AD, IAM, SIEM, SOAR, and authentication platforms.
- Perform patching, upgrades, compliance activities, and OEM TAC coordination.
- Prepare SOPs, technical documentation, RCA reports, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure SLA adherence and mentor L1 engineers when required.

Required Skills
- 3 6 years of experience in Network Security with expertise in McAfee NIPS/NTBA/ATD.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.




- Experience with packet analysis, network troubleshooting, and OSI Layer 1 7 concepts.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, Active Directory, IAM, and security integrations.
- Familiarity with scripting, automation, REST APIs, and security best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
