- Candidates Should Have Following Basic Skills :

1. Should have knowledge of ISO 9001 Standards and their related documents.

2. Knowledge of material grades , heat treatment , dimensional code, material code (ASME,ASTM, DIN,BS)

3. Instruments uses :- Digital Vernier Caliper, Micrometer , Height Gauge, Bevel protector,Feeler Gauge,Angle Gauge,Fillet Gauge,Major Tape, Air Gauge, Depth Plug Gauge, radius gauge, Ring Gauge.

4. CAPA Records (Create and Maintain)

5. SOP's Create And Maintain

6. Should have knowledge of Inspection of Products related to the Steel Industry. (

7.Should have knowledge of MS OFFICE , MS WORD, GOOGLE SHEET ,EXCEL.

8. Should be able to prepare Quality Reports on a weekly and monthly basis and maintain files for them.

9. Inspection of Products as per the relevant standards and prepare technical documents on the basis of the same ( INWARD MATERIAL , OUTWARD MATERIAL , RAW MATERIAL )

should be able to handle Third party inspection .

11. Making a skill matrix of factory worker .

12. Record and maintain data of inprocess inspection ,final inspection , raw material inspection .

13. Ability to do internal audit of quality and others departments.

14. Ability to Implement ISO 9001: 2015 in our Plant.

15. Record and maintain the Indentification and Traceability of product (fastners, flange and fittings)

16. Must have solid knowledge of Documentation of quality deparment.

17. co-ordinate with QC head.
