We are looking for a Product Manager with Microsoft Dynamics 365 anddata analytics experience who will understand the current and futurebusiness needs (specifically ways to acquire, harness and use data for businessdecisions), the evolving technology landscape and facilitate the solutiondesign and executions of these strategic initiatives and stich them together tofulfil the technology vision. The role provides exposure to all the businessverticals within Avendus Investment Banking, Wealth, Assets and NBFC and willdirectly work with business and operational heads to shape the technology agenda.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Dynamics365 Product Manager responsibilities

Lead D365 Sales Enterprise implementationand enhancements - Drive requirement gathering, solutiondesign, release planning, and optimization of D365 Sales Enterprise to supportCRM, product pipeline management, workflows, and operational journeys.

Change management and user adoption - Drive user training, communication,



and adoptionstrategies to ensure successful rollout and continuous improvement of D365 andother tech solutions.

Data integrity, security and compliancealignment - Work along with the business teams, Power BIspecialists and compliance team to ensure project outputs adhere to business-specificdata protection standards, audit guidelines, regulatory frameworks and dataintegrity.

Core Product Manager (Generalist + Data ) responsibilities

- Conceptualize product ideas, articulate business requirements, plan development activities and facilitate product / platform development in an agile environment

- Work closely with product manager, business teams, solution architect and UX specialist, to map ideas / expectations into user journeys, detailed product specifications and methods to deliver it

- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, business stakeholders and other teams to shape the product vision, business requirements, product features and data models

- Ability to do exploratory analysis - fetch data from systems and analyze trends

- Analyze data, derive insights and embed it into business actions

- Innovatively bring new data sources map them to existing decision models of data platforms for better output

- Help the Lead Product Manager / VP to deliver new product features by working alongside tech business teams

- Map the input and output of ML oriented systems and help train the system through testing feedback

- Lead the story mapping and acceptance criteria process with buy in from all stakeholders





- Partner with engineering teams in an agile environment to land the MVP and subsequent phases in quick time

- Lead scrum teams and ensure scrum ceremonies are being followed towards the sprint goals

- Create test strategy, test plan and facilitate user acceptance testing of the products

- Decide opportunities for improvements post product release through measurements and feedback

- Facilitate end-user adoption, training and guidance

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

- Overall 5+ years exp with 3+ years as a Product Manager

- 2+ years into Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting, solutioning or project management

- Bachelors in Engineering (BE / BTech) or Masters in Business (MBA) preferred

- Hands-on demonstrated ability to effectively prepare and maintain customer journeys, user stories, backlogs, data models, project plans and test plans in an agile environment

- Must have experience in handling digital products / platform in a cloud environment

- Experience of working in a data-oriented product / platform / data lake workplace

- Expertise in data analysis, data mapping, trend analysis and data visualization

- Knowledge of financial industry and products is desirable and exposure to wealth business is a plus

- Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques

- Expertise in SQL, Python, Excel and BI tools like Power BI is desirable

- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

- Ability to challenge existing and conventional wisdom to create new process and systems
