What Youll Do

- Build AI-First Features: Design and develop product features powered by LLMs, ML models, and intelligent automation. From AI-driven lead scoring to conversational loan advisory youll build systems that think.
- Own Full-Stack Delivery: Write clean, production-grade code across the stack. Take features from ideation to deployment with minimal hand-holding.
- Prototype Rapidly with AI Tools: Use AI-assisted development (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, custom agents) to dramatically accelerate your output. We measure impact, not lines of code.
- Solve Product Problems: Go beyond tickets. Understand user pain points, propose product improvements, and drive technical decisions that move business metrics.
- Build Scalable Infrastructure: Design systems that serve 10M+ users reliably. Work with APIs, microservices,



cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines at meaningful scale.
- Experiment & Iterate: Run quick experiments, build MVPs, and validate hypotheses. We ship fast and learn faster.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, design, data science, and business teams. The best engineers here are the ones who step outside their lane.

Required

- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products
- Proficiency in one or more: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar up-to-date languages
- Demonstrated experience building with AI/ML whether thats integrating LLMs, training models, building RAG systems, or shipping AI-powered features
- Strong product instinct you naturally think about user impact, business outcomes, and not just technical elegance
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) as part of your daily workflow
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- Comfort with ambiguity you can take a vague problem and turn it into a clear, shippable solution
- Full-stack capability or deep expertise in backend systems with willingness to stretch across the stack

Preferred

- Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services products
- Hands-on work with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models), prompt engineering, and agent frameworks
- Contributions to open-source projects or a visible technical presence (blog, GitHub, talks)
- Experience with data pipelines, analytics systems, or ML ops
- Prior startup experience or demonstrated comfort with quick-paced, high-autonomy environments
