Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented CAD Designer . The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 2D drawings and 3D models, supporting design development, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met. Fresh graduates with strong CAD skills and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. CAD Design Drafting

- Prepare accurate 2D technical drawings, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and fabrication drawings using CAD software.
- Develop 3D models and visualizations based on project requirements.
- Modify and update drawings as per design revisions and client feedback.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.

2. Design Development

- Assist in preparing design concepts and detailed layouts.
- Convert sketches, concepts, and engineering inputs into detailed CAD drawings.
- Support the Design and Engineering teams in developing innovative and practical solutions.
- Optimize designs for functionality, manufacturability, and project requirements.

3. Project Coordination

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Production teams.
- Participate in design review meetings and implement approved changes.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned design tasks.
- Provide technical support during project execution when required.

4. Documentation Drawing Management

- Maintain accurate drawing revisions and version control.
- Organize and update CAD files, project documents,



and design records.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), layouts, and technical documentation where required.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Quality Compliance

- Verify drawing accuracy before release.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, company guidelines, and safety requirements.
- Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies in coordination with the project team.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D 3D) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, SketchUp, Revit, Inventor, Creo, or Fusion 360 will be an added advantage.
- Valuable understanding of engineering drawings, dimensions, and drafting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong CAD knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0 3 years of experience in CAD Design, Drafting, Engineering Design, Interior Design, or Product Design will be preferred.
