Role Overview
As an Associate, you will be responsible for managing inventory and operational assets supporting the Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) business. You will ensure accurate inventory tracking, timely issuance and receipt of rider assets, stock reconciliation, and adherence to operational processes. The role requires close coordination with field teams, warehouse operations, and city stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage inventory of two-wheeler fleet assets, including batteries, chargers, helmets, accessories, and other
operational equipment.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates in internal systems and Google
Sheets/Excel.
* Handle inward and outward movement of inventory, including asset issuance, returns, transfers, and
documentation.
* Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies.
* Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory as per company standards.
* Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Warehouse teams for timely replenishment of stock.
* Track asset movement across riders, hubs, and warehouses to maintain complete inventory visibility.
* Monitor inventory levels and proactively raise replenishment requirements to avoid operational shortages.
* Ensure compliance with inventory control processes, SOPs, and safety standards.




* Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and MIS.
* Support hands-on operational activities, including stock verification, loading/unloading, sorting, packaging,
and movement of inventory whenever required.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
* 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, fleet operations, or supply
chain.
* Experience in managing operational assets or fleet inventory will be an added advantage.
* Good working knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel and inventory tracking.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working in a quick-paced, field-oriented startup environment.
* Willingness to perform hands-on operational and physical inventory management activities.
* Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams.
